To compile

	perl Makefile.PL
	make
	make test

To install

	make install

To add IMAP-UTF-7 to Encode's demand-loading list (so you don't have to 
"use Encode::IMAPUTF7" but the plain "use Encode"), after install run

        enc2xs -C
