A sample use of opaxmlgenerate is provided in the script opagentopology,
which is in /sbin.  The script invokes opaxmlgenerate, directing it to
read the following CSV input files which are in /usr/share/opa/samples:

opatopology_links.txt contains the text CSV values for LinkSummary information.
opatopology_FIs.txt contains the text CSV values for HFI Nodes information.
opatopology_SWs.txt contains the text CSV values for SW Nodes information.
opatopology_SMs.txt contains the text CSV values for SM information.

opagentopology invokes opaxmlgenerate, with command line options specifying
the XML element names for the CSV text data it will read.  These names include
Link Rate, MTU Size, Cable Length, Cable Label, Port NodeGUID, Port Number,
Node Description, Port GUID, and Node Type among others.

Note that opagentopology (not opaxmlgenerate) generates the XML version
string as well as the outermost enclosing element tags (LinkSummary, Nodes,
etc).
