<p>This program is part of <a href="index.html">Netpbm</a>.
<p><b>pc1toppm</b> reads an Atari Degas .pc1 file as input and
produces a PPM image as output.
<p>The .pc1 format is a compressed (run length encoded) variation on .pi1.
