#) This is Container2 testing BROWSE_SELECT selectionPolicy in OUTLINE 
   layoutType.
#) Select "BrowseSelect" from the "Selection Policy" option menu.
#) Iconify the Control Panel.
#) Expand IconGad3 by clicking on the "C" Outline Button.

#) This panel is testing the Point Click, Select Mode technique.
#) Click Btn1 on "IconGad1". It should become selected.
#) You should see the following in your term window:

          Reason for SelectionCallback: CR_BROWSE_SELECT
          Number of items selected: 1
          Names of items selected: IconGad1

#) Notice that the location cursor is a plain line rectangle.
#) Click again on "IconGad1". It should stay selected.

#) Press Btn1 on "IconGad2", move the pointer over "IconGad3" and
   release Btn1.
#) As soon as you press Btn1 on "IconGad2", it gets selected.
#) When moving over "IconGad3", the selection moves to "IconGad3", the
   location cursor is still on "IconGad2".
#) When you release on "IconGad3", the location cursor moves to 
   "IconGad3", and the following appears in your term window:

          Reason for SelectionCallback: CR_BROWSE_SELECT
          Number of items selected: 1
          Names of items selected: IconGad3

#) Only "IconGad3" should get selected.
C)

#) Click BToggle on "IconGad2". Nothing should occur.
#) Press BToggle on "IconGad3", move over "IconGad31" and release.
   Nothing should occur. If the selection moved, then CR 8438 has not been
   fixed.
C)

#) Select "IconGad2".
#) Using osfDown key, move the location cursor on "IconGad4". The 
   selection should move with the location cursor, and you would
   see the SelectionCallback in your term window.
#) Using osfUp key, move the location cursor on "IconGad3". The 
   selection is also moving on "IconGad3".
