To run the program:

	tcedit toolchest

Ignore the warnings about homogeneous RowColumns.

To observe the slow behavior, click on one of the menu items to the
left, e.g. System.  It will take quite a while to change under 1.2.3.
You can click "Up" to move back up, this also takes just as long, but
it is doing basicly the same thing.
