INSTALL NOTE for 106j

Please extract original and patch by root.

 # tar zxvf sgml-tools-1.0.9.tar.gz

and apply a patch. 

 # patch -p1 < sgml-tools-1.0.9j.diff

and configure and make same as original, like as below.

 # ./configure
 # make
 # make install
