tMark overriding member functions as 'override'
tThis does not affect the generated code (API or ABI), but:
t1) Makes sure that in case the signature of one of these functions would
tchange by accident, the build breaks as the function no longer overrides
ta base function.
t2) Makes the code readable by explicitly marking all overriding
tfunctions as 'override', where previously the reader had to read the
tinterface of the base class(es) as well to find out if the function is
tvirtual or not.
t3) Since 'override' implies 'virtual', remove the 'virtual' keyword
twhere 'override' is present.

tIn Word for DOS, at any point a header or footer can be defined; this
tmeans that the following page will have this header and/or footer.
tIn the MS Write format, only headers and footers can be defined at the
tvery beginning of the document. Enforce this for both formats for now;
tthis fixes the parser dropping large sections of text before headers
tor footers.

tMsWrite: optimize parser for document with many page breaks
tDo not parse headers and footers for each page break; this ensures there
tis a single page span. Parsing this file goes from 230 seconds to 3 seconds
ton armv7.

tThe interline spacings are dependant on the height of the font (at

tDefined as int, nPLC could end up being negative in broken files. In
