	* doc/icoutils.sgml: Rewrote many parts. Little in the
	documentation has changed though.
	* icotool/*:
	All source code completely rewritten. I think the code is
	much cleaner now. Hopefully there shouldbe no new bugs.
	There is also preliminary support for big endian machines
	(untested though).
