  <title>¿Por qué mi pantalla se oscurece después de un tiempo?</title>

  <p>Si es posible regular el brillo de la pantalla, ésta se oscurecerá cuando el equipo esté inactivo para ahorrar energía. Cuando reanude su uso, la pantalla volverá a aclararse.</p>

  <p>Puede evitar que la pantalla se oscurezca:</p>

  <steps>

      <p>Abra la vista de <gui xref="shell-introduction#activities">Actividades</gui> empiece a escribir <gui>Energía</gui>.</p>
    </item>
    <item>
      <p>Pulse en <gui>Energía</gui> para abrir el panel.</p>
    </item>
    <item>
      <p><gui>Desactive</gui> la opción <gui>Oscurecer la pantalla cuando esté inactiva</gui> en la sección <gui>Ahorro de energía</gui>.</p>
