<title>J'entends des craquements ou des ronflements dans le son</title>

  <p>Si vous entendez des craquements ou des ronflements dans le son, cela peut provenir d'un défaut dans les câbles audio ou les connecteurs, ou d'un problème avec les pilotes de la carte son.</p>

  <p>Vérifiez que les haut-parleurs sont correctement branchés.</p>
  <p>If the speakers are not fully plugged in, or if they are plugged into the
  wrong socket, you might hear a buzzing sound.</p>

  <p>Make sure the speaker/headphone cable is not damaged.</p>
  <p>Les câbles audio et les connecteurs se dégradent progressivement au cours du temps. Essayez de brancher le câble ou les écouteurs sur un autre appareil de son (un lecteur MP3 ou un lecteur de CD par exemple) pour vérifier si le trouble sonore persiste. Si c'est le cas, il faudra remplacer ce câble ou ces écouteurs.</p>

  <p>Check if the sound drivers are not very good.</p>
  <p>Some sound cards do not work very well on Linux because they do not have very
  good drivers. This problem is more difficult to identify. Try searching for
  the make and model of your sound card on the internet, plus the search term
  “Linux”, to see if other people are having the same problem.</p>
  <p>Utilisez la commande <cmd>lspci</cmd> pour obtenir plus d'information sur votre carte son.</p>
