1) Bootstrap, configure, make and make install
   # ./bootstrap.sh
   Either execute the next line for System V init script install
   # rpm --eval "%configure" | sh
   or the following line to install systemd unit scripts
   # rpm --eval "%configure --with-systemdsystemunitdir=/" | sh
   # make
   # make install
