engine, and the rules about how the images
shall be converted can be overwritten in order to by-pass the limitations
shown by the Debian bug #837168.</p></li><li class="listitem"><p>Add the (quite old) parameter
<em class="parameter"><code>insert.xref.page.number.para</code></em> and allow to reference
(xref) to a <code class="sgmltag-element">para</code>, <code class="sgmltag-element">simpara</code>,
