appear after the text of the link. If the text of the link and the URL
are identical, the URL is suppressed. </p><p>See also <em class="parameter"><code>ulink.footnotes</code></em>.</p><p>The global <em class="parameter"><code>ulink.show</code></em> and <em class="parameter"><code>ulink.footnotes</code></em>
setting can be overriden
for each <code class="sgmltag-element">ulink</code> that uses an <code class="sgmltag-element">xrefstyle</code>
