    endnotes headings. If not set, <span class="command"><strong>dblatex</strong></span> uses the default
    sectionning commands like <code class="literal">\section*</code>,
    <code class="literal">\subsection*</code>, and so on. The command takes one
    parameter that is the title markup of the heading.
