document pcmk-follow-daemon
Convenient way to follow into particular daemon when starting debugging
from the master control process of pacemaker (pacemakerd).
For "pacemaker-" prefixed daemons, this very prefix is not needed.
Example: pcmk-follow-daemon "controld"
