- updated translations
    - winbind in authconfig-gtk.py was setting the nsswitch.conf on the auth
        tab
    - use GtkComboBox instead of deprecated GtkOptionMenu
    - disable options with not installed binaries, remove unnecessary deps of
        authconfig-gtk
